I was in a panic, needing immediate attention for a gift I was needing to have fixed in time for Christmas.  I was lucky enough to come across Erika at Mountain Girl Silver who was more that accommodating, and took on my project in a pinch.  She did what I needed to have done, and added to my piece, making it all the more special and beautiful. A gift that I can now be proud to give. :).  Great service, and amazing turn around time. Thank you again!!!

Mountain Girl Silver is an amazing product and the charms are beautifully made. I have worn my 3 charms on my necklace, day and night, in the shower, and while swimming and they have never tarnished.  

Even more important is the customer service. I contacted Erika when a friend's grand daughter died. The funeral was just a few days away and I wanted to purchase necklaces for my friend and her daughter (the child's mother).  Erika called me back and helped me decide on necklaces over the phone. I placed my ordered and she immediately got to work on them and got them in the mail that day so I would get them in time for the funeral. This was over and above what she had to do, but she did and I couldn't appreciate it more. 

You will not be disappointed with any of Mountain Girl Silver products and I encourage you to check them out.
