Every time I go in or call on the phone I am always greeted with a smiling face and there is never a wait.  I love how efficiently I can pay my water bill over the phone with a real human.  Keep up the great work!!

I had a horrible experience with the city hall front desk ladies. I am highly affended in the manor in which I was treated. As a city we should have people working there that care about the people that live there. I recommend getting some new people in your front office I am a woman and I feel discriminated against. It isn't right. Mayor, you need to do something about it.

Ah yes...  City Hall...  where Mountain Homes darkest/dirtiest secrets are kept.  Where corruption hides behind a smiling mask.  A hideous underworld of money grubbing cigar chomping corruption....  I know this place well...
