I love to come here on my free time to read a book or play on one of the computers.

We went camping at the sand dunes and my son had homework due. We had to drive in to this library to get some stuff off the computer. Person was a little put out by us. Library was clean and well kept and nice.

The Mountain Home Public Library is a good place. It's a pretty modern building, kept clean and is used quite often by many library goers. They have most of the current Best Sellers on the shelves and a very good "local section" to read about and research our small part of this world. My only negatives about this library are the low/no availability of Best Sellers in E-Book format and the wireless internet is quite often very slow and unusable at peak times. I've attended some very good informative talks during the Spring of 2013 and look forward to attending more of these.
