Courteous on the phone and in person. On time. Placed covers on his boots.  Knew exactly what the problem was from my explanation on the phone even though my husband insisted there were multiple problems. There was the one problem he fixed, right on point. Did not want to fix what did not need repaired. No more problems. Very fair priced. Thank you Rick Pier.
