My husband and I just bought a home last month with help from Mountain Land Realty.  Cody Ellison was our agent.  Overall, we are very pleased with our experience!  Cody was very patient with us during the home search.  He would meet with us, even last minute, to view many, many homes we saw and liked.  He was thorough in explaining the offer process to us, which was nice being first time home buyers.  Once our offer was accepted, Cody, his assistant, the transaction coordinator, and others at the office, kept in close contact with us throughout the entire process.  The process went very smoothly and we love where we are.  Thank you Mountain Land team!

As a Realtor, I despise this brokerage. They give Realtors a bad name. The broker, John, is the head of the snake. He epitomizes the shady salesman type. You just can't trust anything he says. 

He trains his selling agents to take an unfair portion of commissions and to shortchange the buyer's agents. A great way to burn bridges... If you take a look at his agents' listings, many of them have inflated square footage figures, lies about updates done on the houses, and poorly written descriptions with spelling errors and inaccuracies all over. 

Please do not use this brokerage. If you do, really vet the specific agents and make sure they live up to their promises.

This is a great company and the broker, John Harr, Jr. is amazing!  I have never known a broker to take such vested interest in the success of their real estate agents.  People would be wise to jump on any opportunity to learn from him. His company produces some of the hardest working agents in the business.  I love Mountainland Realty!

I've been working with this team for several months now and every time I deal with them they are so professional the agents treat their clients with such respect in their support staff bends over backwards for their clients it's nice to work with ethical hard-working people!!

I have loved working with Mountain Land, they are so professional! I have bought a house an an income property and loved it, got great deals on both! John harr went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend Mountainland!!
