By far, the best staff in the area. I have purchased instruments, gear, lessons, and service here. Whether I am just buying picks or buying a guitar or having a guitar serviced the service is amazing. The staff is interested in helping me enjoy my hobby my way, instead of pushing me to buy a guitar or amp that suits their musical preference or just ignoring me. I literally cannot rave enough about this store.

I have been in here a few times, rented some instruments for my family, and purchased a few things as well.  Great selection, and good knowledgeable people.  Pretty good selection of many things.  I have purchased items that I hunted for on in the internet, and they beat the prices that I found.

We get things for my daughter's violin here all the time, and we really enjoy it. The staff is nice and we're always able to find everything we need. They always help us when we're in need of some musical assistance. Thanks!

Minus one star for a screw up -- four stars because they made it right. 
 Rented a PA system for a concert in my back yard and on the day of the concert I showed up to pick up the PA and nobody knew where to find it.  Thankfully another shop had a PA for rent but it was more expensive.  I asked for a refund to cover the cost of the replacement PA.  The owner was hesitant but finally realized that this was their mistake and made it right.  Kuddos to Pascal for doing the right thing.  I'm willing to give them another try because they understand customer service!

Went in expecting the standard small town music shop experience of ridiculous markup, bad selection, and employees that don't want to be there. Got exactly the opposite! Staff was ready to help, but not pushy. Prices were matched to online big-retailer prices. And selection was solid, if they didn't have what I was looking for they took strides to accommodate.
