Currently a resident here for 2 months now. We are on their long-term rate which is the rate + electric. So far the park has been great and is very well kept. The staff are friendly and easy to deal with. As far as other residents we haven't had any issues as there seems to be a great community of people at this park with children and dogs all able to play and interact together in a well maintained grassy park. Really enjoying living here

Had to stay here in 2016 on our motor home after our home burned. We had to stay for 6 months. The maintenance people kept shutting off my waterhose without my permission , they claimed it was a broken hose when it wasn't. Wish I had money to open another R V. Park in the south end of the valley. The management needs more customer service skills.

You know you can't really judge people based on how they are when times are good. You judge people by how they are when times are bad and Mountain Shadows RV showed me exactly who they were when times got bad. A monsoonal rain hit tonight and it was coming down good. I was camping in the Mountain Shadows RV tent area. The tent was holding up in the rain despite the rivers of water running through the streets of the park until those rivers had nowhere to run but into the tent area. As it naturally does water pools when it has nowhere else to go and if more water is added to the pool, then the water level of the pool rises. Until it floods. And that is exactly what happened. The tent area flooded and water was coming up into my tent from underneath. So, I grab everything I can grab or if the tent and run to shelter, the office entry. In the office entry I find the after hours phone numbers and call. No one answers. I get a text saying, "who is this it's 3 am?" followed by a call from a woman who is the manager there. She and I speak and she goes on to complain about the fact that it is 3 am and I'm calling her, that it's raining and because it's raining water will pool up, and what is she supposed to do about that? She offers me a refund but I hadn't yet paid, having had arrived after hours, so I let her know that I just won't pay. Ultimately, what it comes down to is this: First, you are the manager of a business and I don't care what time someone calls you with a problem as serious as flooding, you get up and do something about it. Second, you shouldn't have the problem of flooding in the tent area in the first place. With all of the concrete in the park for RV pads and what not, that means that when it rains it doesn't soak in. So, if you don't have anywhere for that water to drain then it is going to pool and the most likely place that it will run to is grassy or land areas. Therefore, flooding is inevitable if you don't have adequate drainage. The park did not. Third, it was 3 o'clock in the morning, my tent had just been flooded, everything I had as far as bedding, clothing, shoes, etc. was now soaking wet, the office is closed, there is no shelter other than the laundry room (which incidentally was what she suggested as a solution to the flooding), it's coin operated and I have no cash on hand (so I can't even dry out my things), and I have no car because I didn't drive to the park. And the manager can't be bothered to fix the problem that the park created for me because it's 3 am and she just wants to sleep. SLEEP?! That must be nice. I can't sleep now, nor can I even dry out my stuff and sleep in the laundry facility. I can't get in the office where there is a couch or get change because the manager doesn't care to fix the situation. But I do have time to write this review and both let others know what you get with this park and to log the event for future reference. One last thing, the RV park offers the worst internet on the planet.

Great employees! They treat you like family! And the upkeep of the facilities and the grounds is second to none!

As road trips go one can expect some kind of miscue along the way. The office staff was spectacular in dealing with our situation. Also, a kudos to the grounds keeper's and maintenance crew. Very friendly and keep the park looking beautiful. Would come back with no hesitation.
