Loved it! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because we didn't get to experience the full resort. The pool was closed and we couldn't try the hot tub (my wife was pregnant) and we stayed in the most basic room, which didn't provide us a full Mountain Springs resort experience. HOWEVER.. We loved our room! It was clean and well equipped, the only thing we lacked was scissors and a can opener. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff was incredibly helpful! If we needed anything (clean sheets, directions, etc.) we just had to ask and they were on top of it! Also we were quite comfortable for our entire stay, the bed was extremely comfy! The room, although small, met all of our needs. Bed, sofa, kitchen with stove and fridge and dishwasher! And a bathroom with a jacuzzi style tub! We had a great selection of cable channels during the rainy days and the resort is located perfectly in between a beach on Georgian Bay and Blue Mountain Village! Within a 1-2 minute drive of each or 5 minutes by bike! Perfect for us! Mountain Springs Resort is a place my wife and I will certainly return to in the future! Can't wait to try out the pool and hot tub!

Room was clean. Everything was good. But be aware if booking through booking. Com they will charge you tonss of money. Not worth it. Don't book through booking. Com. I almost paid the double the price

Lovely place however the main concern we had upon arrival was a broken bed in the sense that the frame mattresses were on was the issue. Not entirely clean bed sheets also contributed to the slightly lower rating. With that being said service was great therefore would reconsider for next trip.

Location is close to Blue Mountain Village and has shuttle service if needed. Have no complaints about the hotel, it is as expected and described. My unit did not have a BBQ unfortunately and take note the pool is a community pool.

Great room. Very clean. All you need to cook is available ,kitchen utensils are complete. About 5 mins to the village very accesible.
