They always do a thorough job and I've never had anything missing from my vehicle (like I have at other car washes). The staff is very nice and courteous.

This car wash is just alright. I got the basic wash, but it didn't get my car clean. It left a a dirty streak on the windshield that should have come off. Better luck next time I guess.

I passed up five car washes to come to this one. Needless to say I will never do that again. I I called about it and the owner took care of the situation . but I would not like to call the owner every time so I will not take the chance.

I've been going to this car wash and lube center for over 15 years now.  I live in South Ontario after moving from Upland and still go back here, a 20 minute drive.  I've had everything done from a regular car wash to a complete detail, to brakes, oil changes, fuel injection services, transmission services and just about every service they offer.  In all this time, I have never had a problem with any of the services they provided.  Their mechanics are helpful and friendly, always explaining in detail what needs to be done and what they did.  They'll show me how dirty my air filter is and why I need to replace it.  They'll show me how low my brakes are and why I need to replace them.  Just ask, they'll show you too.  To the people that say they don't replace things, that's ridiculous!  I see it all the time, you just need to ask or be present for them to ask you if you want to see what they're doing to your car.  They're so much more helpful than ANY dealership I've gone to where I feel like just another number in a long line of customers.  Here you feel important.  A couple of weeks ago I just had my daughter's car's radiator replaced by them along with several other services, so I know they do a good job!
