This is a great Mom and Pop restaurant that has been around for over 40 years. The food is always good and the service is friendly.

This has been a regular stop for over 10 years on the way home from Flaming Gorge, but it's really gone downhill. It's a poorly maintained dive with s-l-o-w service and is way over priced ($9.50 for a Chicken Basket with Fries, $7.50 for a double cheeseburger and $3.50 more to make it a combo w/ fries and a drink) but traditions die hard and the food is ok; nothing special but ok. The last time we went, 8/12/17, there were 3 tables with people already eating and the 2 young women at the register told us it would be a 30-60 minute wait. We were obviously tourists coming home from the Gorge. I asked why, and they told the 5 of us they were catching up on orders. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and the drive up was empty. Then they told us the bowling alley across the street was just as good. We hadn't even made it out the door when the girls erupted with laughter. I'd much rather not eat there if they didn't want to serve us, so they did us a favor I guess. Heaven knows what they do to your food if they don't feel charitable enough to just send you packing.  So if you aren't a local, eat somewhere, anywhere, else. The Pizza Hut next to the Maverick gas station treated us good, was cheaper, and got us eating just as fast, but there are a couple other options too if you didn't eat in Evanston and can't wait till you get to Manila.

This place is always slow, don't expect fast service, the employees are hit or miss, some great, some not so great. The last time I was there I order fries, which are always good, and a hamburger which I told the cashier I did not want Mayo on, as I don't like the taste on my hamburgers. She assured me that it wouldn't have it on it. When I finally got my order and left (as it was a to go), got back to work, and opened it, the hamburger was drowning in mayo. Great. They're a bit higher priced here as well.

Needs some work. Ceiling was leaking and place seemed worn out and a little dirty. Food was decent and came pretty quickly as it wasn't busy when we came.

It was a bit pricey, but the food seemed worth it. Especially after a six hour journey.
