They are great at the logistics side of their job but lack compassion. When I went for my brother's viewing, I was treated with such disrespect. To have to deal with that in a time of mourning....need I say more.

I am disgusted in the manner this business handles their grieving customers.  It sickens me they have no compassion and are completely careless.  Our family has had to jump through numerous hoops and been given the run around.  I am sick to my stomach by how disorganized this business is ran. 

Where's the sympathy?!  If any business needs to have customer service skills, it is a funeral home!

I have two family members resting here and income to visit often. Well maintained and very clean, it is a respectable place to lay your loved ones to rest
