Friendly people, the staff is OK however the mechanics and/or the service department seems to be very unethical or occasionally perform malpractice service (it is either that or the mechanics there are simply incompetent). I went in for simply an oil change and at the time my vehicle was consistenly (for an entire year and a half) receiving 38-42miles per gallon. My vehicle was left at their facility for one hour and 30 minutes. As soon as I got into the vehicle the first thing that I noticed immediately was my MPG; it was at 28.8 and I thought to myself "did these guys leave my car running for the entire hour ?" (The car is extremely quiet during idle). I drove off the lot and immediately I noticed that second gear and third gear were very weak; it felt as though the torque was inefficient. I called the facility and complained about the problem. I asked whoever I spoke to on the phone kindly if they were willing to check the work performed by the mechanics and verify that nothing is wrong or that anything was not out of place. Simply, I just asked them to check their work and he was unwilling to do so. He also had the audacity to blame me for the lack of performance in the vehicle. Not sure if they are prejudiced but I certainly was treated unfairly. Forgive me for my rant but these are my feelings about the performance . T was BAD . Heed the warning .

They are very friendly and very professional. I continue to return to them for tires for my cars. They also do all other auto repairs. They always check your car regardless and let you know if something needs to be repaired. It's best to make an appointment. You can walk in but your looking at a long wait.

Way overpriced. Didn't even give me a new tire. Just charged me the price of one to fix it. Wouldn't recommend
