Your stuff is very personal to you. Guys, NEVER EVER USE this company. I had to call them almost once a week to get information on my stuff. They always play the back and forth blame game. I got charged more by the carrier when they came to pick up my stuff and the list is endless. Took almost 2 months to get my stuff. I asked for a supervisor to call me back and that didn't happen. 

Once they get your NON refundable deposit they don't care about what happens to your things. The company that delivered my order had torn boxes and things missing from them. BUT NOOO its no ones fault. Quick to charge and careless with your things, that's moving apt!!!! ON TOP OF the wait, the lack of communication, the mishandling of my equipment, the more money they charged me... They left another customers package with me. I have been calling and texting daily to get the customers information so that I can mail them their box. 

Now, I am left with a box that doesn't belong to me and I am trying to find that customer via social media based on the contents in the box. What a hustle!! Guys, your things, the things you value and have worked hard for, need to be handled with care. Especially since you are paying for the service and it is NOT cheap service either. 

Use a different company. I beseech you, use a different company!

I have successfully used their services on two occasions. They are professional, do the things as promised and never damaged any of my items. Thank you for you hard work and professionalism.

Please heed this warning! Pay a little more from a non-broker service to have peace of mind. They will hire a moving company that shouldn't be in business and give hardly any help to solve problems.
