HORRIBLE service. They NEVER even showed up for my friend's move!! They were a half hour late and then just never showed. Not reliable at all. Do NOT use.

There is nothing to like about this service. The worst and most inreliable moving service ever. I was under tremendous stress due to them abd DO NOT WISH TO HAPPEN THIS TO ANYONE. If you want your move less stressful- DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE....Here is what happened with me--------/ I booked the packing abd moving service for 31st july 2015, and 2 days ago they called me saying truck broke down and it can reach on saturday morning. Somehow i explained it to my leasing community as i was supposed to vacate my apartment on 31st. I confirmed back to them saying its ok for saturday - which they apparently forgot ( no kidfing). I was waiting for truck when i got a call from them saying truck will not reach before tuesday. I ended up booking truck from budget by afternoon as its busy season , packing by mysel until 11 pm abd started driving the truck myself.

Misrepresentation!!!  Sales rep (Matt) misrepresented to my son on 7/25/14 that they could have his furniture moved from MD to AL by 8/14/14, picked up on 8/12, despite knowing he needed his stuff before school started on 8/18.  On 8/14 when my son arrived in AL, the rude dispatch manager (Natalie) could not tell him where his furniture was, if it was in storage or if it was in route (even though this would be her job), then proceeded to tell him that they had 21 days to deliver by law since AL was a midwest state.  I guess she failed geography too in addition to bad customer service.  She then told me that she could not discuss the matter with me since I was not on the contract, despite that this was a non-issue when they charged MY credit card for the $1000 deposit and my son was sitting right next to me during the discussion on speakerphone.  After I threatened to report them to the various consumer protection agencies for misrepresentation and fraud, the operations manager (Mike) said the furniture would possibly be delivered on 8/18.  On 8/19, moving truck arrived with one, yes ONE, person to unload...the driver.  They charged my son an extra $200 because the moving truck could not enter the apartment complex.  What moving company does not do a logistic search to see if the truck can fit?  Google Earth is free.  He had to pay some kids to help him unload an apartment full of furniture.  On top of that, all of the furniture was not reassembled as agreed upon in the contract.  These guys are a rip off!!
