Well let me start with the paralegal. Kimberly S. Mathis is such a helpful person with a great personality and the team work with Don Moyer and Kim run like a well oiled machine. Don Moyer is a well spoken person with a great personality that really has YOU in mind when he's in your corner. It's hard picking that right lawyer that will work for you "trust Me, I had one prior that did the opposite". Don Moyer is a straight shooter that does what need a to be done, and I thank him and his staff for doing what they did for me

Attorney Don Moyer is an experienced, very professional divorce attorney. I'm an active duty military officer living overseas for the past 5 years. No RI attorney would take my case. I was actually referred to Mr. Moyer by another experienced divorce attorney who knew of his expertise with solving jurisdictional problems military members often face. Mr. Moyer knew the law and appropriate statutes and efficiently solved my jurisdictional challenges. Going forward, he expertly handled my divorce and did a tremendous job preserving my assets. I would hire Mr. Moyer again. He's experienced, knowledgeable, and a former military member...he's a fellow brother in arms and your go to attorney for family law.

Don Moyer is the absolute best! The moment I met him I knew he was the lawyer for me, he gave me such confidence in my case and assured me everything would work out if it wasn't for don I wouldn't have my kids with me today and that alone I am extremely greatful. In the court room he is very confident and direct he dose not play around he gets his point across and dose not take any funny business from the other side, he is extremely intelligent and knows exactly what to do/ what needs to be done to make sure things go in the right direction.
