The food is normally good, however, not so good with customer service, the condiments, utensils or a container to eat it out of. Takeout and/or delivery translates to no dishes. I have received my food with no utensils, no sauces that come with the dish ordered, no containers, no soy, duck or hot mustard sauces, yet narrow wax paper bags and not any courtesy when I called. I have had to let them know they flipped up my order the last 4 deliveries. The same person, a fraction of a woman, is rude and disrespectful. Good luck with that kind of service. A customer has been loss and I will surely inform anyone I know who eat Chinese food in this area, the food is not good enough to tolerate the rude attitude when informed, repeatedly, your inability to get a take out order correct 4 times. In addition, it makes zero sense for you to note my allergy in your computer if you're not going to acknowledge the allergy. On that note, the flip with you and your jacked up attitude. Someone else will be getting my $30-$50 per order from now on.

Skeptical of the reviews, we decided to order out for our family of 5. Great choice! The delivery driver was nice, the service was under 40 minutes, and he deserved the great tip.  Everything that we order was amazing, fresh, and hot. We will definitely order from here again.

Decided to come eat here this past Tuesday night and the food was fantastic. Service was great considering there seems to be only one person running the entire front at times. 

I came here to post this review and I'm reading a lot of these other reviews and to be honest.....I don't know how anyone can take half of these reviews seriously with all the spelling mistakes i've seen. 

Also, some of these "reviews" you can tell aren't true at all. I see one saying they failed the health inspection....yet they're still open for business? I don't think they've even been to the restaurant before b/c the score was an A when I dined in.

If I could give a negative star I would.  I've only eaten here twice,  when well meaning friends brought dinner. 
Both times I was not sure the supposed chicken was really chicken.  It tasted really off. It was also really greasy and tasteless.  I'm not sure how anyone can screw up Chinese food but this place sure does.  I can't believe it's still open!

The manager is very rude and inconsiderate. Poor customer service! Wasn’t provided with forks or straws and called out my name. Never will come back!
