A big part of my electricity went out on a Saturday night. Mr. Electric sent Joe over and before that, they confirmed my appointment, sent a bio and picture of him and it was great. He was friendly, courteous, professional and before he left, I made an appointment to change my electrical service from fuses to breakers. There was great interaction with Sherry in the office, and I knew who was coming (with pictures), when, and what they were going to do. Dawlton, Todd, and Russ came, spent the day and got completely finished. Tyler came later to install some covers. All these men were friendly, courteous, professional, patient with my many questions, and gave me some good information. I couldn't have asked for anyone better or any better work. Thank you, Mr. Electric!

Mr Electric is an ethical company with an amazing owner. I had issues with kitchen lighting not coming on and when I called the office,  they were able to fit me in the same day. Joe, the electrician, was very courteous and educated me on electrical info. He went above and beyond to find the cause and got me all taken care of. Thank you, much appreciated and will continue to refer!

Excellent experience with this company.  Fast response when I called them and excellent communication throughout the process.  I was most impressed by the text I received when Joe Sainz (our technician) was sent our way.  It included not only a welcome and other information, but a picture as well so I knew who to expect.  Joe was also extremely helpful while he was here, taking the time to explain everything to me in an easy to understand way, and was able to figure out our easy quickly.  I would recommend this place for fast and excellent service.

Our fridge stopped working in our garage. I  thought the breaker had tripped but the breaker was fine. After some further investigation and almost buying a new fridge we discovered that two outlets in the garage had gone out.  The fridge was fine!  I got onto the web and thought about trying to do the repairs myself but common sense and my wife brought me around...Electricity is not something you want to mess with if you are not an electrician.  It can kill you.  I saw how many great reviews Mr. Electric has and decided to call them.  They sent Joe out and he was  awesome!  Joe was super knowledgeable and friendly and very professional.  He determined the problem quickly, had a quote ready and completed the work quickly.  The cost was very reasonable for the job and a heck of a lot cheaper than a hospital bill for me electrocuting myself.  MR. Electric also has a great feature utilizing texts to let you know when and where the service truck is and friendly people calling to let me know in addition to the texts.  I highly recommend Joe and  Mr. Electric to anyone.  There's a reason their google reviews are so high. If you need an electrician ask for Joe and Mr. Electric!  I would also recommend you consider the whole home surge protector if you don't have one.  If I had one of those I would probably not had the problems I had to begin with!  Thanks again Joe and Mr. Electric.

I originally called Mr. Electric in regards to a terrible install job done by a third party contractor through Best Buy. The installer left me high and dry on solutions outside of calling an electrician. Mr. Electric was one of the top businesses that came up on my google search and I was very glad they were the ones I called. From the beginning setting up an appointment just to have someone come out was very simple and easy. Joe Sainz was my initial technician and he was very helpful in determining what my issues were. Not only was he able to quickly diagnose what the issue was, but he saw a few other potential issues that needed to be addressed. The best part of this is that he didn't push to try and sell me on getting the issues fixed, he pointed them out to make me aware and gave me an estimate on what it would take to fix and what my options were. After deciding to get everything fixed, Mike and Russ showed up and were just as hard working and diligent as Joe was. They made sure I had power and that everything was working properly before leaving. Due to the amount of professionalism and the great attitudes of all the workers involved, I will not only use Mr. Electric for my future projects but will also recommend them to anybody needing work done.
