These people are amazing. Especially Daniel! I called with a huge problem, and they couldn’t get someone to me until Monday. (It was Wed) I asked to go on their cancel list, and a few hours later, Daniel called me and said he could be to me in 45 min. He was amazing!!!! He fixed the problems I had right then and there. He was funny, personable, and such a doll. Yes it was expensive and I’m sure higher then some other people in Gainesville, but there are some things in life you shouldn’t be cheap on, and electrical issues is one of them! I highly recommend Mr. Electric, especially Daniel.

Very punctual. If something causes a delay, they always call to keep you updated. Professional, knowledgeable, fast, and very courteous. There were a couple different options to fix my breaker box, and Eric took the extra time to price all of them to figure out the cheapest way to do it. Highly recommend!

The technicians always arrive on time, or call when running late. They are respectful and a knowledgable group. Ask for Daniel if you can!

The receptionists at Mr. Electric as well as the electrician who came to our house, Daniel,  were very friendly and communicative.  We had a problem that I had already tried to diagnose myself, and he listened to everything I had already learned instead of trying to barge ahead, which is something I find some service professionals tend to do.  He made me feel at ease and was honest and upfront about what a full diagnosis and fix would cost (before performing it).

Mr. Electric came to my rescue instantly today. I'd recommend them in a second. Super impressed with the crew that came out. Daniel navigated my nearly impossible attic (I'm tiny and I can barely fit) without a single complaint. Profressional,prompt, fastidious, knowledgeable, and friendly to boot. Super pleased with my experience today. Thanks you guys!
