I was very grateful for real empathy for my immediate need.  The contact person was great, sorry I did not note the name.  The electrician sent was kind and identified by their vehicle and uniform. I had a sense of “trust” for who I let in my home.  This was not an inexpensive experience but I guess good anything comes at premium prices, that’s too bad for low income or set budget individuals.  Good service is the new investment, thank you.  I will use you again and recommend the company to others.

I had service done today in my home and was very pleased. My technician was Anthony "Tony" who was very knowledgeable,  friendly and professional. He was time efficient in identifying the problem as well as doing the actual repairs. I will use this company again and perhaps refer a friend! Service can be a bit pricey so I suggest you utilize the coupons provided on the company website.

Called Mr. Electric to have a transfer switch installed so I would be able to power my house and especially my furnace with my new Honda eu2000i portable generator in case of an outage. Ryan C. came out and we were immediately impressed with him. He was super friendly, very courteous, and very knowledgeable about purchasing and installing the right equipment for our needs. He did an outstanding job, quickly, and answered all my many questions to my perfect satisfaction. Bravo Mr. Electric and Ryan C!
