My wife and I used Mr. Handyman of Central MetroWest for the first time yesterday.  We're both rather untalented when it comes to home improvement projects, but we have high standards when it comes to the finished product.  Mr. Handyman was completely professional from start to finish, and we would absolutely use them again.

We started the process with their online chat service on a Sunday afternoon to communicate our projects: repairing and painting a hallway, replacing an electrical switch, replacing an overhead light, replacing 3 smoke detectors, and rehanging a heavy curtain rod that kept falling off.  We received a call back promptly on Monday morning from Kathy, one of their estimators, who explained their cost structure in detail and scheduled us for one of their professionals to visit our home.  On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived promptly and completed all projects thoroughly and without delay.

At first glance, I thought their rates might be slightly on the higher side for this area, but I was willing to pay them since the experience was so reliable and professional.  In the end, I was shocked at how quickly the technician complete everything, so the total cost was far lower than I expected.

My wife and I have been embarrassed for years at how lazy we are at keeping up with home repairs.  Mr. Handyman of Central MA has relieved a tremendous amount of stress in our lives.  We will definitely use them again!

I like the honesty of the technician.  Office staff called while he was standing right next to me.  I could hear them saying, that they would have someone call him with an excuse to come back to office.  Even though the technician clearly stated to the person on the phone that I was standing right next to him, the person from the office kept right on talking about an excuse to come back to the office.After the call the technician honestly told me how gps units were being installed on the trucks, and his was needed.   I had no problem as I appreciated him being honest

Mark is a fantastic handyman! He arrived on time as scheduled! He was polite and professional. He was respectful of my home and my time. He thoroughly reviewed each job I asked him to do and asked questions to ensure he understood exactly what I wanted. I asked Mark to hang 3 TVs and hang up numerous large items around my house. He carefully measured everything before putting any holes in the walls. Everything he hung up is secure and safe now! I highly recommend Mark and Mr Handyman!

Easy to deal with and great communication.  I am remote since I am a landlord, and without asking the technician took pictures and Kathy in the office sent them to me.  The pricing is up front and transparent, and everything was done when it was promised.  I will absolutely use you again when I have other work to be done.

I was extremely happy with the courteous, professional, high-quality work that was done.  The job involved removing a whole-house fan that was too big to fit out the opening to my attic.  I did not know who might do this kind of work, or how the job might be accomplished.  The people from Mr. Handyman determined that the fan could be cut into pieces, did it right away, and got the item removed from my house.  They also did several other jobs that I thought of the same day, and all with a smile and good cheer.  I will definitely be calling them for future handyman needs.
