Everything about Handyman was great. Easy booking, very available, and Mike and Paul were wonderful. Both very knowledgeable, easy-going, kind, and clearly skilled. We had them install an exterior dog door, it took exactly the time they estimated, cost us $238, and turned out beautiful. We had the exact same door installed in a previous house by another company that changed us $400 and cut the hole too big! Handyman was great. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointing experience. Requested a small / simply caulk repair in my bathroom -> the next day with better light, I noticed the Handyman scratched my window trim area when removing the old caulk. New caulk work looks terrible and had to point out to him to attempt to fix. He tried to repair but still looked mediocre after attempting to fix. Extremely over-priced for the quality of work - had the job been done correctly I wouldn't mind paying for high quality work. Charged me $168 for 1 hour($60 service fee + $90/hour).

Service was professional and we are very satisfied. He had the tools needed to do the job and stayed until it was complete. We expect to use this Mr. Handyman again.

The technician who came in was great and did an good job but their estimates don't mean a thing. I was assured multiple times it won't be over a certain amount but, guess what, it did end up being much more than that amount. They did end up giving me a $50 coupon after I protested a bit but the entire experience was very unpleasant.

The guy who came was so nice. He showed me along the way what the problem was and want he had to do. I would so use Mr Handyman and this guy again!
