They were quick to contact me and start the work at our business. Scott did a great job doing everything that was thrown at him. He bolted bookcases to walls, put up pictures and whiteboards, and assembled shelving. My favorite feature is the new 3 bike rack he installed in our office. It is great that they communicate often and get the work done quickly.

We are so impressed with these guys. We bought a home that had been renovated but did not have a dishwasher. We cannot live without one so we thought we would have one put in. How hard could it be? It turns out that we had to have a cabinet removed and an adjoining one made to be smaller in order to have a dishwasher put in. We were shocked to find very few places remove cabinets and the ones that do were either booked for a couple of months or charged way to much. 

When we found Mr. Handyman we thought that at their price it may not be the best job, but it will be done. We were wrong. The work is outstanding and you would never think the dishwasher was an after thought. It looks like it was put in when they did the kitchen. 

It took a lot of work on Jim’s part to get it in. It is very detailed work. He is amazing to make it look so good. You cannot go wrong with these guys and we will be using them again for any and all needs. 

If I had anything negative to say, it would only be that the owner sent Jim to us thinking it would be a 4 hour job for Jim, and it was more like 8 hours. We were fine with it taking longer but Jim was not happy and let us know it many time during the day. The constant complaining to us and anyone who would listen to him (we had other workers here doing some repair work to whom Jim said at one point “I wish you had taken this job”) did get on our nerves after a while and making a client feel guilty for hiring you is not the most professional or smart thing to do. But when you can do work as good as Jim did you are allowed to complain about it LOL.

I had two jobs for Mr. Handyman.  The first job was were making minor repairs in a condo I was selling and were requested by the buyer.  Tom took care of all of the repairs in a timely manner and the sale of the condo went through on schedule.

The second problem involved a poor bathroom counter top design in the condo I am currently living in.  The counter top extended above the toilet tank and would not permit higher toilets - such as handicap toilets to be installed.  Tom came up with a new sink and counter top design that not only solved the high-toilet problem but also upgraded the bathroom so it now looks much better.  

The quality of the work was very good and again Mr. Handyman did the work in a timely manner and did exactly what we agreed to.
