Normally we get great service at the Lake Ave. store, today was totally different. Missing food, over charged for items, and still had to go back to get things right. So I ended up with cold food, and a hot temper.

Last time I went there and got two meals. And get the food home and started to eat. My brother and I both said they changed something on the sandwiches. Here they put really bad cheese on the sandwiches. I took the survey and told them that was a waste of my money to get those meals. Someone called the house and talk to my brother about what happened, and said they will send out 4 coupons for different meals and only got 1.

They make the food real good at this location. Could be that the manager has been with this company for as long as I can remember. Will be going back to this location for sure:)

The older lady that works there was not friendly tried putting half cooked hamburger patty on our sub I will not order again if she is on the gril
