Very nice employees! BUT . . . You're skimming the portions off of the sandwiches which is a waste of money! I don't know what changed but change it back! This doesn't look any kind of tasty or delicious! So disappointed! Food: 2/5

7in Romanburger, half eaten large waffle fries and large cheese sauce. Everything was fresh and hot! Great friendly service too!

Roman burger was disgusting, waffle fries were awful.. I threw almost all of it away even the pop. The employees were very nice so that’s what gets the two stars!!

We go here often and the owners are actually always there working! They are VERY friendly people! My son doesn't eat meat and they even made him a special sandwich for us and didn't charge us the full price of the sandwich since we weren't getting meat on it. I should've known not to buy a gyro at a Mr.Hero to even call it that is a joke !! Oh and the waffle fry cost as much as the gyro hello its potatoes smh. 13 bucks smh stay away !!

Got a roman burger the lettuce was old and the sandwich was horrible  they are using old food . I will not be returning.

The owners, a wife/husband couple? are fantastic. My Romanburger was as yummy as I remembered it was been a few years for me!.  I hit this location before starting my return trip to Baltimore and the owners gave me an extra bottle of water for the road - THANK YOU!  THIS store is a great example of how you run a successful business! Great product, great management, care for clientele and community.  A+++
