Do not fall for the so-called "fast pass." I pulled into it with my prepaid card, and just sat there. Once I started counting, 28 people paying cash on the other side were let through, but the gate was still down in front of the guy in front of me in the so-called "fast" lane. No employee came out, nothing, We just sat there. I eventually just gave up and backed out without getting my car wash. Total rip-off that I paid for this. Apparently if you've prepaid you are the *least* important customer when its busy.

This is completely inexcusable. "Fast Pass" is completely deceptive advertising.

I personally think it's disgraceful to drive a classy vehicle and not keep it clean.  I've tried most of the area car washes.  This one is pricey but worth it.  If you're not into hopping out into a bay and doing it yourself, this is the best choice around.  Pay the extra three bucks for the wheel cleaner.  I'm not sure what they use to spray on the wheels but they get almost as clean as when I polish them by hand.

Best car wash I know of, but not perfect. Then again, I've never been to a wash anywhere that didn't leave water dripping from the mirrors and other places. Maybe a few more blowers would dry everything and rate a fifth star. (This was the Castle Shannon main location. The other shops are not nearly as good.)

Absoulty garbage if anything happens to your car in there car wash they will not fix look on the banksville car wash sight I can't believe these owners are still in business.

We recently relocated to the Pittsburgh area so this was our first visit to Mr. Magic Car Wash (Mt. Lebanon Blvd.). The service advisor was very pleasant and she thoroughly explained the wash procedure. Upon exit, our car was clean and we had been met by smiling personnel. It was a good experience.
