Do not use this scam of a company. I had them scheduled to move my stuff local from one apartment to another. I scheduled it months in advance. I called them the day prior and the guy assured me that everything was a "go". Moving day came and they were a "no show" and "no call". I called them a couple times and never received a return phone call. I ended up having to scramble to be out of my apartment. I only gave one star because I can't give negative stars.

I am a repeat customer and after this experience I will probably have to pursue legal action. When the two movers arrived to my apartment they were clearly inexperienced. It took them almost an hour just to figure out how to unlatch a simple sectional which they then could not figure out how to get out of the doors. They also damaged the furniture.While they tried to figure out how to disassemble the couch I called the route manager Andrew who told me I would not have to pay for any additional time that they spent not being able to disassemble the couch and that he would be there in 45 minutes. He never actually bothered to show up. They damaged my walls, scraped the dry wall to the bare, huge dents in several of the walls, banister completed scraped. Once they actually got everything out of the apartment they then said I would have to pay an additional 125$ in addition to the 200$ I had already paid them. When I told them I had already spoken to the manager and that I didn't have to pay that the manager Andrew then changed his mind. After I paid the drivers the additional money for damaging my furniture and apartment the two movers then tried to claim that I never paid them the additional money. Also they never gave me any paper work or a receipt from this transaction. After I straightened out with Andrew and the two movers that the additional money I gave them did in fact get received Andrew said he would come to the apartment at my convenience to asses the damage to my apartment. On the day he was supposed to come out I called to confirm and he said that he could no longer make it due to his boss giving him other tasks. I called several times and left messages for the "boss" to call me back over multiple days and have still not received a call from the manager nor has anyone come out to asses the damage done to my apartment. This is the most unprofessional and frustrating company. Do not use them.

Mr Mover in Orlando was amazing. They were great and fast. Will use again if needed.

2 kids showed up to move my furniture, one clearly had no idea of how to handle furniture or just plain didn't care, as a result I got a broken dresser drawer, broken kitchen table, scratched beyond repair chairs, scratched floors as they didn't care to actually lift the furniture and just dragged it, a broken closet door at the rental, a small hole in the wall, scratches to walls and furniture in general. This was the Kissimmee branch???, we clearly out arrows and labeled fragile on boxes that contain breakables, they tossed them and obviously didn't keep in an upright position. This is the first time I ever post a review and I don't like to complain, but this was the experience of horror!, we a are trying to call to talk to the person in charge and be get no answer. Also they would just pushed the furniture inside the door when obviously didn't fit until I would tell them to stop, dents and scratches everywhere. Don't put yourself through this experience please.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Just pay the extra money for real movers cause the price won't be any different. The quote will sound good, but they are going to make sure you pay more than that. They sent "new" employees who didn't know what they were doing. Even had the nerve to ask for a tip before they were even done. Then I realized they broke BOTH of my couches. Have not been able to get in contact with them since then. They are trash..garbage...kaka!
