After reading these reviews,I expected the worst. I've been wanting to enter an adult shop to buy some dank bondage gear for a while now,but I have really unreasonable anxiety sometimes and feared the worst about not only the store itself but about how I would be treated by the staff. Well imagine my relief when literally nothing I feared would happen happened. I didn't spaz out and the staff were really nice cool people. I don't normally like having staff talk to me at any business and dreaded having them speak to me here but much to my surprise they were nothing but cool. I didn't feel profiled and they were really helpful. I unfortunately didn't buy anything due to being broke as hell,but it was still an enjoyable experience. I have literally no clue what these other people were talking about,maybe they had different staff at the time but I felt literally nothing but welcomed when I was in there. Overall I had a great time and I definitely plan on returning once I have the money to afford a cute collar.

So my girlfriend was taking me to this place for the first time and we were on the hunt for a good cock ring... From the outside I was like " Whoa! Now that's a big adult store. I was really looking forward to checking it out. But when we first came in... there was two women at the desk talking to each other like they're not on the clock or anything. And they didn't look very happy to see us come in to the store to begin with... I'm 22 and my girlfriend is 20 so we tried to show them our Id's but they said I don't want to see them... I guess you can take that with a little grain of salt for what it's worth... And they we were on our way to try and find the cock ring which was pretty nice... it was getting a little weird though to her reactions to which ones fit and which ones don't. lol So then we got the cock ring we wanted and she handed it to us and we decided to walk a little bit more around the store because it was my first time and the girl yells out... " Hey you guys still in here?!? " ... She wasn't supposed to let us hold on to the box... she was supposed to hold on to it till we pay... So we gave it back of course. And after looking around we were ready to pay and we wanted to split the cost/payment. It was fine at first but what really got my girlfriend and I was when she said I think he should be paying for all of it and not have us split it... We both thought that was very rude and gender stereo typing... To be honest we were both a bit shocked that she actually said that... I mean maybe you'd expect that from some random by standard but an employee? No. Very unprofessional. Didn't make me feel good and that's what you want your customers to be feeling is good so they want to come back...  I don't feel like I want to come back unfortunately. :/ Which is a real shame because it's a great store just really not great service..The store itself is great with a big variety to choose from... the customer service though to say it again and to put it in a nutshell... lol Not so much... Hope you have a better experience there then when I went. Haha

The customer service here sucks incredibly! I have an interim ID AND my previous punched one, and they refused to let me in. It's age verification,  nothing else. The date of birth doesn't change just because it's an interim ID.  If I can buy alcohol from any store with my ID,  I can come into the store. Will NOT be returning.
