Simon was very knowledgeable, took his time to answer all my questions, explained to me why my hot water heater was not fixable but did need to be replaced. Explained the difference between tankless water heaters and the tanks. 
While waiting for the tank to empty he did a check on the rest of the pipes in the house to make sure nothing was leaking. I thought that was very thoughtful, needed or not. 
When everything was replaced he explained how to flush the tank and the importance of it to keep the sediment from the bottom of the new tank.
I have had Mr. Simon in my home before for another plumbing problem to do with my sub pump. His timing, knowledge, and professionalism has not changed from then. Good hard worker.

M&R re-did our bathroom 10 years ago. They did a fantastic job. We recently had an issue with our shower door that had a lifetime warranty. The manufacturer was slow to respond. NOT M&R though. Kevin worked on this like it was yesterday's sale! I cannot recommend them enough. Quality from the start. And there when you need them 10 years later!

Simon was very helpful with the situation I had in my home. He also does heating and air conditioning and I already told him I will have him come out in the fall for a heater check.

Always a great a experience with Mr Plumbing. Ive used multiple times in the past month for various issues, they've always been prompt, upfront, and excellent with their work. Highly recommend.

Sam   did   his job and he  made sure it  was don right   and he was  very nice about   the questions i  had   and i would  tell  my friends to  go to MR Rooter   for there troubles  and they do it right
