Excellent customer service. They did not charge me to remove all the bugs off of my front end which should be additional. Thrown in as a courtesy. Car was spotless. Will do business again.

They are closed or shut down often due to poor maintenance on their equipment inside the wash. The manager with white hair is either on his phone or vape the whole time and pays little to no attention to customers. The lobby has wires literally hanging from the ceiling where ceiling tiles are missing. The only redeeming quality is two employees named Rico and Ana who carry the work on their shoulders. I'm sure they can find jobs elsewhere with their skill. This place is swirling the toilet on its way down.

Very polite staff. For $50 got seats shampooed and exterior washed with vacuum. They did interior valet service. I came on a chill saturday. Smooth in n out 👍service restrooms needed paper towels n cleaning tho

We needed to get our car washed on Sunday. The hours online said they'd be open 11-5. We drove over to find them closed. The sign out front said 10-5. Wasted valuable time. Will never go there again.
