Took them 12 hours to put in hot water tank. Like he didnt know what he was doing  Didnt know how to connect the water filter. I have leaking and my down stairs water is not getting any hot water at all.

Attempted to use the scare tactic and overpriced their services. I had someone else do the work and inspected my line for less than half of what mr. rooter wanted.

these guys missed 3 consecutive appointments in 4 days..  waited 4+ hours each time then was outright lied to..   after the 3rd miss I finally called a REAL plumber and scheduled my repair.. . tired of the run around..   0 stars
