Had an issue with my kitchen drain. Cliff was dispatched within an hour of my call to my home. After diagnosing the issue, was presented with several options. Excellent service from Mr. Rooter. From Our first call today with Tina who arranged our visit to Tomas who fixed the issue with our plumbing. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Rooter called me after plugging in my details online. After an hour, Tomas, the technician came into my apartment. He was very thorough in explaining my toilet issue and made recommendations to avoid my problem in the future. He was able to change the valve in less than 30min. Amazing!

My experience with Mr. Rooter was great. Our plumber, Joseph, did a fantastic job, he was also friendly and very courteous. After listening to our problem, he investigated the issue thoroughly. Once he did his investigation, he gave us an easy to understand explanation of the problem and the steps required to resolve it. Unfortunately, the city was also required to do some work to correct the issue, so the fix required several steps over a few days. But during the entire time Joseph was in constant communication with us which was greatly appreciated. He was thorough, but completed the job in a timely fashion and left the area as clean as when he started. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter, and request Joseph for any future plumbing needs.

A prompt, efficient response to our plumbing emergency. Todd and Anthony were willing to work through and take their time to resolve our issues before concluding that the pipes needed to be replaced. They then provided multiple options at reasonable pricing and remained cool, calm, and collected as we figured out a way out of this plumbing disaster. Mr. Rooter sent a team that day to replace the pipes, and the following morning Todd and Anthony were able to not only flush the pipes, but clean them, and recommend future resolutions. We are lucky to have had Mr. Rooter efficiently, effectively diagnose, fix our issues, and make our home usable again for a reasonable cost. Todd and Anthony were gentlemen with experience to understand and help us. Thank you to them and Mr. Rooter!
Excellent customer service this past weekend. An emergency with a blocked basement pipe was taken care of by Joseph who was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Tracey in the office was very helpful and ensured that we were quickly scheduled for assistance. Very much appreciated!
Mr. Rooter got back to me very quickly when I contacted them and were great on the phone. Samuel was the plumber who came to repair the toe tester in my washroom and he did a great job. Great person also. I highly recommend this company and will refer family and friends to them in the future.
Alfred was professional, knowledgeable and he made sure that the leaking pipes were replaced in an efficient fashion. Highly recommended.
