This being my first experience with your company, I was very impressed and satisfied with the services provided. Your technician Jason removed my dishwasher and installed the one I had already bought. Even hauled off the old dishwasher! Office staff was very friendly and helpful dispatch service as well!

The owner Troy was very rude and refused service to my place of business. They want the service fee up front, but they are very sneaky. They tell you one price and then come to find out it will be another. They charge to come out to find the problem but you pay that up front and then if they find out you only want a quote then they refuse you! Horrible people to work with! Not to mention we tried calling several times and they kept saying they would get back to us!

The Technician showed up early and was extremely courteous and professional. He also asked if I would like him to check for any other potential problems before leaving. He went beyond good service.

Bob visited the same day I called and not only solved my sewer main issue but did a super job installing a faucet for me, great work and I appreciated the service and quality of work!

I called Mr. Rooter for an estimate and never received a call back. I also emailed them twice requesting service and no response.
