I have been a Mr. Rooter customer for many years.  Every call has been handled pleasantly and efficiently.  A few pertinent questions and I have an appointment for service and the name of the service representative.  They always arrive on time, survey the job and explain what they will be doing.  They answer my questions and they work efficiently.  

If they find a bigger problem, they explain what should be done and give me an estimate.  They clean up before they leave.  I have never had a problem or a complaint about their work--ever.

We would highly recommend Mr. router. We had a serious septic problem and they handled it so great and made sure that we were OK in the process. They did a great job and cleaned up afterward.  It was a tough job for them to do but they handled it very well and were very professional and got everything in working order in a great amount of time. They also kept us up-to-date on their progress. It is a great company. And it is run by two great people who are really good to their employees  and their customers

The service I received was very prompt and efficient. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous . I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with plumbing needs.

My landlord told me to call them, came the next day. Chris had to go back for parts twice because he fixed both faucets instead of the just the hot. Poor guy had to run up and down 3 fights 7 times! Even used plumbers putty where the guy who installed it didnt bother! Would recommend to anyone for plumbing!
