I received a call from the Mr. Rooter office that the technician will be at our house within the hour, he was here in ten minutes. The technician said the job will take about an hour, he completed the job in 45 minutes. The technician's name is Andrew, he's extremely efficient and through, yet, he was extremely patient and just as through in answering my questions. I specifically asked for Andrew because he was on the first call to our house and were very impressed with his work ethics. This was now the second service call Andrew made to our house. Andrew takes his job very seriously [does anyone want someone to be half serious when working on their home?]. He will take the time to explain the issue, explain the resolution in complete detail, the cost to repair, and answer your questions. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

I like that your company representative in Santa Rosa answered the phone right away. I was able to make an appointment within a reasonable amount of time and the technician arrived right on time. He was friendly and personable and got right to work. He also did not treat us as if we caused the problem on purpose. All in all it was a good experience. I will definitely call your company again.

Mr. Rooter sent a plumber out within an hour or two of my initial call. There was no service charge. Douglas was able to diagnose the problem AND miraculously find the elusive replacement part--a jacuzzi faucet stem from a 20+ year old system. He returned the following week with the part, adjusting to my work schedule and arriving at 6:30 p.m. to fix the leaky faucet efficiently and effectively. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

The technician Justin Mann was very nice. He showed me what the cause of the leak was and how he fixed it. He worked very hard to dig the pipe up out of the ground and he got the job done fast and didn't overcharge me.

Leaks were found during a natural gas utility upgrade, which meant the gas was shut off until a gas certified plumber got the repairs done. I thought I would be without heat, stove, and hot water for at least 3 days, but Mr. Rooter was able to get the work done in 1 day! I also had them replace an old water heater while they were at it, same day.
