My review has to start with Parker, CSR who kept me informed every step of the way until my technicians arrived. He was so polite, empathetic and professional! Thank you Parker! When Shane and Renee arrived I had no idea what to expect except the worst with 2 toilets and 2 bathtubs backed up. I saw immediatley they were the best of the best with the way they assessed the problem, figured out the layout of the plumbing IN THEIR HEADS! and immediately went into action maintaining a professionalism and politeness that was refreshing. They explained every step as I watched them work and I knew they were not going to leave until my problem was solved! Thank you thank you thank you! You made my worst day my best!

Excellent job and best price. Very clean and went the extra mile for us. Paul T was great to work with. I can't imagine I'll have anymore plumbing problems after what he fixed but if I do, I won't waste my time calling around and just use them the first time.

Initial phone call was handled promptly, professionally and personally. Octavio was our service Pro and "PRO" is the correct word. Genuinely a great guy, kept me informed as to what he was doing and why.  Super conscious about his work, cleanliness, and everything. Great conversationalist and at all times professional.  Very Very pleased and we will call again and will definitely ask for Octavio,

I called Mr. Rooter  on 8/26/2015 due to waste/water backing up through my shower and bathtub.  The technician, Larry Z came in to the rescue.  He was prompt, neat and clean in appearance, used his protective shoe covers when inside the house, very approachable, knowledgeable, knows his job very well and took his time to explain in details what needs to be done.  Larry Z was able to diagnosed the problem quickly, explained all options and quoted me the price.  As soon as we agreed on the price, he started working and had his crew first thing the next morning.  In less than two days, our plumbing problem was resolved.  They did a "NO DIG" Trenchless Technology due to roots in clay pipes.
All the things written in the contract were done to our satisfaction.  The contract price was more than we anticipated but overall, we were happy with the results.  We will recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing and will continue to use them in the future.
