My sump pump went bad after the big rain storm last week, and there was water all over my basement. Called Mr. Rooter, and they were there within an hour, ready to help! The agent (his name was Adam) was very professional, and had a replacement ready to go. Price seemed fair, and he even referred me to a company to clean up the water in my basement. Next time I have an issue, I will make sure to call Mr. Rooter!
