The snow cones are good but the customer service isnt, and neither is their time urgency, i waited 20 minutes by their window and they didnt even take my payment, they talk very rushed, wont be coming back.Recommended dishesSnow Cones

I've grown up going to this place. It has grown into such a fun establishment. They have so many different flavors of shaved ice. If you are feeling hungry, don't be afraid to look at their munchies menu. They have a lovely playground for the kids and a nice amount of seating to kickback and enjoy your snowcone.

I love Mr Snow.  They have good ice cream and shaved ice selections.  I tried a love nest with chocolate shaved ice and mint chocolate chip ice cream.  First time trying.  It was good.  I usually get a love nest with wedding cake shaved ice and cookies n cream ice cream.  Yummy.  Try it if you haven't.

We aren't from Waco but my husband is currently working there so we come visit him every weekend. My husband surprised us by pulling up at this business and we ended up getting snow cones. OMG THEY WERE DELICIOUS  better than Bahama bucks. Plus the cream they put on them was spot on!! Thank you so muchFood: 5/5

Great little spot, I live right next to Baskin Robbins, but prefer to come here with the kids. They have a cool little playground and a nice deck!Food: 5/5

Best shaved ice in Waco!! Also great tasting sugar free syrup. Hot dog is great value. Have lots of other fruit snacks, nachos, smoothies, shakes and delicious conchitas  Dietary restrictions: Really good tasting sugar free syrup which is hard to find.

Just snow cones gotten. Never enough syrup. Would suggest a newer place in Hewitt. Ohana. Never feal cheated and they seem to appreciate the customer.Recommended dishesSnow Cones

We had a long drive to Mr. Snow just so my girls could have a snow cone and when we get there we repeat our order to the lady taking our order 3 times and when we get to the window our order is still wrong. She didn’t even try to apologize and get the order right, she just proceeded to try to argue with us. It was a terrible experience and will not ever be going back

Delicious shaved ice in many flavors. Cash and cards accepted. There is a small playground for kids and sitting areas to wait your order and eat. Loved how they decorated the place. It looks tropical and fun. They offer bilingual service English/Spanish
