I rented with Mr Storage because of Ms. Sylvia. She goes above & way beyond what I ever expected. I stayed there for the same reasons. Very hard to find someone honest and actually does what they say. She's exceptional and I hope Mr. Storage knows how lucky they are to have her there. Thank you for everything!

Woman that works the desk is fabulous! She is always extremely nice and helpful! The storage spaces are clean and have easy access. They have cards available to carry objects from the loading zone to your storage space. Love it here and will continue to rent from them as long as I can! Would recommend to anybody that asks!

The cleanliness of the site, emailed rental reminders as well as receipts are a major plus for me. The free parking directly in front of the building and in the loading port makes it safe and easy to move in to their easy to find location. Sylvia is always helpful and greets me with a smile whenever I come in. I have yet to have an issue in 3 years and am extremely satisfied with Mr. Storage.

I have been a happy customer of Mr. Storage for the past 2 years and on going. I have referred this business to various friends of mine that live in the Philadelphia area. I would highly suggest to any one that is looking for a safe place to store their items to check this place out even if only for a single month of service, it will be worth their while.
