I went by late night after work, all I ordered was a gyro with cheese lettuce and cucumber sauce paid got my food and got home to a gyro w/o cheese no lettuce but it did have fat ass tomato wedges not even slices as well as onions. The girl at the window seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Next time I'm going to the hood cause their service and food are not worth my money. That wasn't the first time and I gave them chance after chance, no  more. Hopefully your experience is better than mine was 😁 Good Luck.

Horrible customer service. The girl taking our order walked away while we were ordering. I ordered double cheese and they only put one piece of cheese on the sandwich then melted it then realized they forgot my extra cheese and threw two pieces of cheese on there.. I also asked what was on the sandwich and she failed to mention there was mayonnaise on the sandwich. And the proportions were way off. I hate an uneven sandwich. The sandwich was pretty good though.

I went to Mrsub in joliet 2 weeks ago for The best Gyro platter ive ever had. Yesterday i went to the one in Bellwood il for same gyro platter. Sorry to say serving was half the size,no fetta cheese and no greek olives. Very disapointed.

I wouldn't never come back here again very disrespectful people working there... I was passing the man my money he cracked the window money fell i had to get out and get it he still just cracked the window n then when my food was ready he cracked the window again n him n his co-worker start laughing at me cause the bag fell.. You never know who will be at your window ordering food im a senior citizen i guess they dont care.. Never again... Then the food wasnt right i called n asked to speak to a manger they said no manger is available..
