Just left Mr. Tire, and I couldn't be more pleased! My wife got a flat tire on the way home from work, so I threw the spare on her car and brought the flat tire to Mr. Tire (which is thankfully open until 7pm - every other tire place in the area closes at 5pm). The tire unfortunately was too damaged to be patched, but the shop had the exact same tire in stock - they had the new tire on and had me on my way in under 30 minutes. I will definitely be back in the future for my tire needs! Thanks again to George and team for the excellent customer service, overall friendliness, and speedy work!

After working a 12 hour over night shift, having to go get a new tire put on my car was not something I was happy about having to do that morning. After my tire blew on my way into work the previous evening, a co worker recommended this place and I’m glad I went. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of me pretty quickly and I was on my way home and to bed in no time at all. Thank you for a pleasant day experience!

my son took a tire to Mr Tire that lost it's seal to the rim, and needed to be remounted. They remounted the tire and sent my son on his way WITHOUT testing the tire. The tire didn't hold air. so he returned. Russ treated my son real nice, and they got the problem solved, and didn't charge him extra. I am willing to give 5 stars because they resolved this situation well. I do hope Mr tire starts to test their work. real simple to spray soapy water - especially if you know that's why the tire came in.

Russ was very accommodating. I had a screw in my tire. Traveling on Sunday is a difficult time to find a place that repairs tires. We were able to setup an appointment with Russ and the repair was promptly done.

Incompetent, rude, a ripoff, and dangerously stupid. Refused to pass my brake rotors cause they had the wrong specs, wouldn’t offer a refund and Russ was just rude. Wouldn’t listen when I kindly tried to explain and then asked what I do for a living so he could tell me he doesn’t come to my job and tell me how to do it. Took it to a real auto shop and they passed it no problem cause the rotors were almost new thickness. Oh yeah and they put 8 quarts of oil in a car that gets 6. Also refused to fix that of course, no refunds for anything. Bottom line, don’t trust them with any vehicle, but if you have a foreign car they may well put you in real danger. Update: the corporate office forced them to offer me a refund, but they still weren’t going to do it on their own.
