Get all my tires here. Good deals. Also have other services done here - tune-ups, mechanical issues, etc. Friendly, helpful staff/mechanics. Stay open until 7pm now. Waiting room, unisex bathroom. Don't have a service truck or wrecker - Really wish they did.

I would like to express my deep gratitude for the excellent service I received for one of the tires on my Honda Odyssey on August 19, 2017 from the service members at Clark Tire / Mr. Tire in Waynesville, NC. I had experienced tire issues on my trip from Baltimore, MD to Wayneville the prior two days, which required two AAA service visits and two other tire shop visits. The staff was courteous, kind, sympathetic, and professional. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my tire, and I have not had any troubles since! They insisted they would not to charge me for the patch repair, stating that I had been through enough already. I am forever grateful. They put my mind at ease, more so than any other tire experience I had, and I felt safe driving back home to Baltimore with my two young boys. Thank you, Clark Tire / Mr. Tire!

New management under Terry Wolfe is terrific. I had a warranty issue under Toyo, they were prompt, courteous and could have taken advantage of me on suspension issues but showed me everything was fine. Great firm and fair prices. Bill Wolfe, not related but wish we were. Many Thanks.

Special thank you to Greg for going above and beyond standards of customer service. The shop was supposed to close at 1 PM due to inclement weather. They stayed and completed repairs on my son's Jeep so he could continue on a very long journey. You don't see this type integrity and kindness very often anymore. Highly recommend this shop to any and all!

The manager took the time to work out an elderly couples problem with their tire and battery and was very nice! Also he gave me a great price(discounted) on the work I needed done to my car. Great group of guys! I recommend them highly!
