Misdiagnosed my car and tried charging me $800 I went in for a alignment since I was ran off the road and that's all I needed. But They told me I needed a control arm and ball joint on my passenger side. I went to the Lexus dealership today and it only needed a simply alignment like I said! Very disappointed! They are crooks and try and trick you out your hard earned money! STAY AWAY!!!

This Mr Tire needs help.  They misdiagnosed our car absent us home.  I would not suggest using this shop at all.  The young lady was very nice but even with an appointment our car was never seen.

Dropped off tire for simple plug repair at 1100, called at 5pm and they hadn't done anything about repairing it, said it would be another 1/2 hour.  REALLY?  I was actually thinking of purchasing tires here ,not now, ,if they can't complete a simple task without being reminded.  Wonder what else they forget.

Ridiculously rude staff they always blow me off or ignore me to finish their conversation. Not helpful at all.
