I ordered the taro milk tea with boba, and the plain waffles.  The milk tea was excellent, but I will note that I asked for 30% of the sugar and it was still very sweet. That tends to be true at most boba places, though.  I wasn't expecting much from the mini waffles, but they were actually AMAZING.  Fluffy and almost custard-like on the inside you can order with actual custard filling too, but I didn't. The outside was crisp and buttery. Also they're so cute.

They have one of the best bubble teas and natural tasting doesn't taste like powder like how many other bubble tea places do. The fruit drinks and slushies are good too. I've camped here to study the entire afternoon multiple times and each time the staff are very nice. They often have buy 4 get 1 deal

We love this place. Staff is nice and friendly. The teas are delicious, specially the ones with diced fruit. Their plain waffle is good too. Unfortunately they are moving this store to a new location soon.  Parking: Parking lot in this plaza is huge. Depending on the day and time you might have difficulty to find parking super close to a specific store, but you will find a spot around.  Kid-friendliness: Kids and teens live Mr. Wish. Specially the boba drinks.  Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

I've noticed that reviews at this place have been significantly dropping lately. This used to be my niece and I's go-to for boba, but we haven't been in a while due to a noticeable decrease in quality. The milk tea tastes cheaper than it once was. Used to be one of the most high quality teas I've ever had.The Virginia location has the good quality tea that I'm used to and it's odd that it tastes so different. In addition to a decrease in food quality, it seems as though I am not the only one experiencing odd customer service patterns. There was this one time a bit ago where their POS system suddenly shut down, which ended up holding the line. The owner began asking people to venmo him, and he even tried to get me to enter my credit card information manually onto an app on his phone, which to me, is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. That experience alone made me turn my back onto this place. That drive to Virginia seems about worth it, and at this rate, I'm shocked that this place is still running.

I don’t think I will ever return to this boba shop. I have been to the VA location and it was great, but this one was definitely not the same. First, I walked in and was met with a rancid smell. It seemed to be covered up by a Febreeze, but I could still smell it. Second, I ordered a milk tea and it tasted rotten, like it hadn’t been cleaned/was spoiled. I also ordered a fruit tea with no sugar, but was met with a super sweet taste. My brother is pre-diabetic and I purchased it for him, so this was terrible. Never returning, 0/10.

A unique place with its own kind of bubble tea. My first visit and was impressed by quality, taste of the tea. I will probably be coming back to taste all the flavors.

I have visited this location many times since they opened. The staff are very quick to make the drinks. I never wait over 15 minutes during my lunch break before I return to work. The drinks are always flavorful, and the tapioca is cooked perfectly. Nice and chewy with a great brown sugar flavor I will continue to enjoy the fare at this location.

I always stop in here when I'm in the Rockville area. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming. My favorite drink is the Passion Fruit Green Tea. You're going to pay over $5 for 1 drink, but I think it's a pretty good value they provide for what you're paying. Definitely consistent with Starbucks pricing. Will continue coming here for refreshing beverages.

Great stuff! We got the mango smoothie and Pearl milk tea. I lovedddd the mango smoothie, always nice to have a fresh non caffeine option. Pearls were stellar, and the milk tea was pretty good. Got the pancakes too and they were FRESH. You can kinda tell it’s made for real cuz of how it looks and cooks, unlike other places like yifang.  Will def be back.
