This location used to be pretty great. We’ve ordered pizza, and salads frequently over the last 6 years. But in the last year the quality of the food has declined tremendously. I can’t think of one order in the last year that hasn’t had something wrong or missing from it. I don’t know what happened to this franchise, but it’s going downhill pretty quick. Last week we ordered from another pizza chain for the first time in many years just because I didn’t have any hope that the order would be correct or error free anymore from Mr. Jim’s Burleson.

My wife and I had a two medium two topping pizza deal, and it cost nearly 19 bucks. It was the first time we had tried Mr. Jim's and we were hoping for good pizza. We were very disappointed with the pizzas! They were small, greasy, and the toppings were absent from the first 2 to 3 inches from the edge. It was about on par with Little Cesar's. I'm afraid that we won't be going back. If anyone is of the opinion that this is good pizza, we have the best part of two pizzas in the fridge that you are welcome to.

Always great pizza. Usually faster than expected delivery. And, most importantly, they read and listen to special requests such as light sauce, hold this and that, etc. Good job.

I have ordered at this location 3 times. All three times my order was un-edible: so greasy the cheese slid into the middle and there was no dough left. I was hoping it was just the cook but apparently someone is training everyone wrong up there. I grew up eating Mr. Jims. This location is an embarrassment to the franchise.

We love Mr Jims Pizza and we willing to drive 15 miles + to get the most amazing pizza.
