If I could give them zero stars I would. Worse experience I have had in years. After waiting for 2 hours for a delivery and then being told it was delivered, which it most certainly was not! I asked for a refund. I was told by the manager the he would have to call the owner to get approval for a refund. I was then told that they would not be giving me a refund, I could have a new order made and delivered or get a credit for use at a later time. This is horrible customer relations. Through no fault of mine I am waiting almost 3 hours for food and have less than no satisfaction. Again zero respect for customers!!!
Online order was correct, pizza was amazing. Oh and we were told delivery would be about 30-40 minutes like every where else, no problem. 25 minutes later our doorbell was ringing. Mr Jim's is our go-to pizza place from now on.
Pizza was great! Delivery was right on time. I was disappointed that we didn't get any parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper with our order.Food: 5/5
Mr Jim's is one of my two favorite pizza restaurants in town. The other is Nizza Pizza for New York style pizza. I like Mr Jim's giving the option for cheddar cheese on your pizza and they have very good coupons. The staff has always been very friendly, courteous and professional with me. If you're like me, you've noticed the ability of restaurants to consistently get your order right has gone way down hill over the last few years. Check out my other reviews to see which Weatherford restaurants are consistently good, and which ones are likely to give you a bad experience after you give them your hard earned money.
I've moved from Weatherford TX. But I miss Mr Jim's Pizza. One of the top 3 pizza's establishments in the country. Take it from a Truck Driver who has ate New York and Chicago style pizza.

Sadly, it's the taste of the food plus the high prices! The cheesy bread is yummy, but the pizza sauce and the white sauce is disgusting.
They are always so nice! The food comes out hot, fresh & yummy! We honestly order from here way too much simply for convenience. I don't always wanna cook! And they actually deliver to us way out here when nobody else does. The delivery drivers are polite & courteous. I met the owner Tim today for our carry out & he was incredibly polite & generous. Really appreciate the positive consistency of this establishment. Thank you!
The only good thing to ever come out of Scientology is a fresh hot pizza from Mr Jim’s. But no seriously Scientology is terrifying. Luckily the owners and workers of this store aren’t Scientologists I’d like to hope nobody in this town is a Scientologist so you’re good to go. Would be nice if someone bought up this franchise from ol Jimmy just so the money wouldn’t be going to support the most horrifying cult in America. But anyways yeah if you want pizza that’s made with fresh dough and has fresh cut veggies and ingredients I cannot deny it’s pretty good. Their jalapeño ranch is also amazing.
This place has the best tasting pizza hands down! Where we live nobody delivers, but they are worth our drive into town. I didn’t know they had a drive thru until recently and I’ve been a customer for some time. I spoke to a young lady who was in the front and I asked her how do they keep the pizza tasting the same every time? She states they make their own dough from flour and yeast and they always measure their ingredients. I say it perfection! Hands down best pizza place in town, friendly staff and yummy pizza and wings!
