Worst management company I've ever experienced. Rigidly bureaucratic policy, poor service, rude staff, but most importantly, they are an absolute racket when moving out. Do not expect to get your security deposit returned, but expect to be charged an additional $5,000 - $10,000 regardless of how nice you leave it. Upon inquiring into the itemized list of repairs, it showed that they completely renovated the unit and forwarded me the bill. Upon contesting this, I was told it had already been sold to a collections agency and to take it up with them. I strongly encourage you to consider other options when looking for a place to live.
