I love this place! I brought in my guinea pig (Rook) and they were so kind to him and me.It only cost me $37 for the visit and medication! The medication they gave me works great and is okay for guinea pigs! They know what they're doing! They treat your pets like family and are just the kindest people. I can not express enough how kind and good this place is.

I like the clinic and the Doctors. They are very caring and professional. I would recommend them to all people with small animals as pets. They are also conveniently located.

I had them put my German shepherd to sleep cuz of her hips she couldn't walk anymore. And I would never use them again. So this female vet comes in and asked have you ever put a animal down b4 and I replied yes just not this way in the room with the animal passing. So she explained its two shots and they are gone.. (OK) . SHE LEAVES FOR 10MINS COMES BACK WITH A ANOTHER  NURSE AND NOBODY SAYS ANYTHING OR ASK ANYTHING. ONE NURSE HOLDS MY DOG WELL THE OTHER ONE SHAVED THE DOGS LEGS FOR THE SHOT. NOW MY DOG IS SCARED.THE NURSE THAT IS HOLDING HER IS TRYING TO CALM MY DOG, BUT MY DOG DOESN'T KNOW HER OR KNOW HER VOICE. THE VET GIVES THE FIRST SHOT.   NOW THE DOGS  PAIN IS GONE.NOW ITS TIME FOR THE LAST SHOT. AND MY DOG IS EVEN MORE SCARED OF THESE TOO INSENSITIVE PEOPLE. WHEN THEY COULD HAVE ASKED ME TO IF I WANTED TO HOLD MY DOG AND MY DOG WOULD HAVE FELT BETTER AND WOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ME THE VOICE SHE KNOWS.  THIS WAS SO WRONG AND WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM FOR THE PAIN THEY HAVE GIVEN ME.  SO NOW MY DOG IS GONE. AND THEN THEY TELL ME THAT THE PERSON WHO DOES THE CREMATION IS GONE FOR 2 WEEKS. YOU THINK THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS B4 SO I COULD SPEND THE 2WKS WITH MY DOG. NOT TO LEAVE MY DOG IN A FREEZER FOR 2WKS. I STILL SEE THE SCARED LOOK  ON MY DOGS FACE, AS SHE LEFT ME. AND IT PAINS ME SHE LEFT HERE SCARED   I felt so robbed by them it was so unprofessional
