If you want to live here, prepare to buy bottled water to drink every week, be a decent with fixing things around the mobile home, and a decent car you don't mind replacing shocks and struts on every once in awhile.  There has been a giant pothole at the entrance to the park for ten years and we just stop asking management to fix it because we knew his answer will be eventually.  We asked for a paved driveway.  Management said they'd get to it.  13 years later it still hasn't been done.  There is a sort of a community outreach here in the park and if you have children prepare for the school system to be prejudicial towards them regardless of your income.  All in all not a good place to live unless you just need a roof over your head. Then it's okay.

I am hearing reports of bad water there. 2 wells and 1 is bad. Big pot holes needing fix that have been turned in numerous times. I like the place but needs more management.
