Story

From our start in 1998, the Mt. Kisco smokehouse has been offering the best smoked fish products in the New York, tri-state and metropolitan areas.
As we grow rapidly, so too has our reputation for having fresh authentic and quality smoked foods.

In fact , we sell our products directly to some of the finests restaurants and retail establishments all over… including Manhattan. We’re talking about some very notable places ! Our standards are set high.

Our foods are prepared and smoked on premise under the strict supervision of owner William Hurtado and family, who have over two decades of smokin’ experience.

We invite you to try our smoked fish…including a variety of Norwegian, Scotch and Nova Salmon, trout, whitefish, sable, sturgeon, tuna, chubbs and mackerel. We also carry a lage range of imported cheeses, caviar, olives, breads and other delicacies.
