Called looking for flower for my girlfriend that was at work ... I'm in Vancouver Canada and an employee name Stephanie I think was so amazing to deal with and that not even the best part the flowers the delivered were absolutely stunning and had many lady's come up to her at work and said they were the most beautiful flowers she's ever seen thank you again and I'll only use you in the future

I went into this store today to shop for decorations for my wedding. Neither of the saleswomen acknowledged me, my fiance, or our friend, other than when my friend danced a little to the soft music that was playing which prompted the older lady to tell her "There's no dancing in the store." At first I thought she was joking but then when I looked at her face I realized she was dead-serious. Even though this store is over-priced, there were many items I loved and would have purchased today and several more I would have purchased closer to our wedding date, but since we were mostly ignored and then treated rudely when we were finally acknowledged, we instead left without buying a thing and will buy our wedding decor elsewhere. Unless you blatantly look like you're rich, don't expect any proper customer service from this snooty establishment. If you're under 35, wearing jeans and a tossle cap, and are lighthearted enough to dance, then expect to be viewed as unable to afford their wares and unworthy of even a simple greeting. They missed out on a very sizeable sale today.

Flowers died in 4 days and when I called to complain the owner's response was "Ok. Have a nice day." Unbelievably unprofessional for A SERVICE
